This is a Tier 2 event.  We will be running with Competitive REL.  

Decklists must be submitted through GEM

1st: PTI, Random drop GOLD FOIL, COLD FOIL promo, Rainbow Foil Promo, Battleground playmat, Champions Prize, 6 tournament packs, $600 cash
