Expansion Slot

The Super Slam Expansion Slot features a whopping 31 cards for classes and talents outside of those featured in the set—more support for existing heroes than any previous Expansion Slot ever!

Not only that, we're bringing back some all-time favorites with several key reprints, which means the Super Slam Expansion Slot truly has something for everyone!

The Expansion Slot replaces a Basic rarity card in around 1 in 6 boosters.

Expansion Slot cards are removed from the pack in limited formats and kept by the person who opened them, just like Cold Foils and Legendary-rarity cards.

To do this, remove the front card from the booster pack* before adding the rest to your card pool. The removed card will be one of the following:

• 1 Basic card
• 1 Expansion Slot card
• 1 Legendary-rarity card
• 1 Marvel-rarity card
• 1 Cold Foil card

Non-Basic cards removed this way cannot be included in a limited deck.

*In Super Slam limited you only remove ONE card from the FRONT of the pack, instead of two cards from the back of the pack.
